Finding a job on Facebook is now possible
In another register, Facebook has announced the launch of its job search service Jobs in 40 new countries including most European countries France included. A service available for a few weeks in the United States, whose operation seems to satisfy Facebook since its deployment is already accelerating. Whether from a computer or a smartphone, companies can now create a job card and put it online, relying on the virality of Facebook to find the right candidate and succeed their recruitments. Basic, the posting of a job offer is free. However, paid options are proposed to improve visibility. Job seekers, for their part, have nothing to pay and can view the ads listings directly from the application.
In the United States, even before this application is available, nearly a quarter of Facebook members who have already found a job through the social network using their contacts and friends . A statistic that pushed Facebook to integrate an interface dedicated to the job search, whose strike force could quickly overshadow recruitment agencies and other specialized networks in this field.
